Ami 1
A large, soft and lightweight single ball.
If you’re new to pelvic floor weights or you’re out of practice, we recommend starting here.
Ami 2
A medium-sized double ball that’s still soft yet slightly heavier.
Try Ami 2 if exercising with Ami 1 doesn’t challenge you enough.
Ami 3
A small, hard and heavy double ball.
This is the most advanced Ami for experienced users.

Colours
Our pelvic floor weights are available in Je Joue’s signature purple colour.
Safe
Covered in smooth soft 100% body safe silicone and ABS plastic. You won’t find phthalates in any Je Joue products. Find out more about phthalates
Lubrication
We recommend using only water-based lubricants with Ami.
For cleaning
We recommend washing Ami in warm water and soap. However if you would like to boil Ami, we recommend that you do so only for 1 minute maximum.
